i am so excited about my stay! the staff was super friendly. alok partap did a fast check-in, and tanuja and rojita helped me find a great room. ajay from security kept my things safe, that was very good. guddi and ranjan from housekeeping remembered my choices.
i found that there was some sounds. it needed some fixes done.

quick response extra towels helpful staff
i enjoyed my stay, especially the room service. the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to requests i made for extra towels. deepa and mahesh helped me a lot with preparing dishes based on my preferences.
The cost of beer was quite high. I paid 736 inr for one small beer.

the hotel gives swimming pool access from taj mahal hotel! it is about five minutes away! a driver is available for transport to that location, so this is helpful.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
really good service birthday decoration high hygiene helpful staff
The housekeeping team provided really good service. They decorated my office space wonderfully for my birthday. The staff consistently ensured my room was super clean and maintained to a high standard of hygiene. Front desk personnel were always available and ready to assist with any requirements I had.
The room design placed the toilet seat too close to the shower cubicle, making it somewhat awkward for taller guests to use the toilet comfortably.
