Really good Hospitality and Service
excellent support complimentary dinners great appreciation
The staff provided excellent support and service. I especially thank Mayank, Rajesh Khanna, Deep and Pankaj. The complimentary dinners throughout my stay were greatly appreciated.
The gym had limited equipment. I expected a broader range of exercise machines and free weights. This restricted my workout options

a satisfactory visit
helpful staff delicious food faulty kettle expensive transfer
the staff were very helpful and dedicated. i especially appreciated vishal, who made the best chai, and abhishek, who helped me choose dishes. the thai restaurant on the first floor had amazing food.
the room's kettle did not work one morning. i had to call the front desk to resolve the electrical fault. also, the front desk initially quoted inr 4,000 for a pre-booked airport transfer.

the staff was very cooperative. breakfast included multiple indian dishes. room service from shiv and nanak was fast and friendly.
