I appreciated the prompt and smooth check-in process. The location was ideal with convenient access to local attractions. I found the staff very attentive, especially in addressing requests. I especially enjoyed the variety of local dishes offered at the main buffet. The hotel was also well-kept, which definitely added to the overall experience.

The main buffet included a variety of options from Jamaican cuisine. I saw jerk chicken, rice and peas, and fresh fruit available, alongside some international choices. I was impressed with the presentation. The Pier 8 restaurant offered seafood specialties with great flavors. I really enjoyed the snapper. The bars served tasty drinks. I savored every sip!

Our Superior Family Partial Ocean View Kids & Teens suite was spacious and clean. I noted two queen beds and a separate seating area, practical. The balcony offered a partial view of the ocean. The sunsets were wonderful. The minibar was always well-stocked. What a convenience!

i loved that my room was always clean and the bar always had a good stock. buffet food tasted excellent, though more variety is welcome. the hotel IS beautiful, and i felt safe walking around.

The elevator buttons seemed slightly worn. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

i was pleased with the expedia vip status recognition , i received all promised perks including a room upgrade , a welcome gift , and hotel credit. complimentary access to the spa's hydrotherapy was a daily highlight for me. the buccaneers buffet provided a 5-star dining experience , i also appreciated the farewell song from the gondola staff.

the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, appreciated. the location was also perfect. i enjoyed that the hotel restaurants were good, especially the jerk hut.

Some of the staff were not pleasant and helpful. This affected my experience. i also had to wait for three hours for my room to be cleaned. I found this unacceptable.
