excellent resort experience
polite staff great atmosphere really good service
the staff were polite and created a great atmosphere throughout my stay. the room was clean upon arrival. i especially appreciate the staff at martha's market for their really good service and attentiveness to guests.
the slow internet required me to constantly re-enter codes, an inconvenience. a better system would be more convenient.

the resort offered varied cuisines, so i had many options (which was great!). the cleaning staff maintained the grounds well, because i saw them promptly cleaning up any messes. the staff were friendly, because they often greeted me as i walked around.
check-in took a long time, because i had to wait two hours after arrival. i did not get the room i booked. the refrigerator was not fully stocked for the entire duration i paid for it.

The hotel offered multiple dining options. I especially liked the well-prepared food at the restaurants. I also enjoyed the live bands they had. The room included a nice balcony (I spent some time there).
The reception staff was not great. I waited a long time to check in. I found the internet to be very slow. I had to re-enter codes often for the internet to work.

cleanliness standard diverse cuisine friendly staff
the resort grounds are well kept daily. i noticed a high standard of cleanliness (even seeing quick clean-up of a mess one night). the hotel offers diverse cuisines and late-night food, useful after the nightclub. the staff was mostly friendly and greeted guests often.
the elevator on our block had an unpleasant smell, reported on day one, but it persisted throughout our stay.

the junior suite pool view provided great views of the pool area. it included a king-size bed, a seating area with a sofa, and a private balcony. the room also featured a mini-bar stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks.

the hotel has direct access to the beach, clean. the location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions. i liked the easy access to several restaurants and shops (no need to drive much).

shanardo weston (guest service manager) was particularly helpful. he addressed concerns promptly and professionally. the front desk staff offered quick assistance with check-in and provided useful information about the resort.
