the staff was helpful. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. i appreciated the courteous and supportive service from the team (especially sita, kawaljeet, alisha, deepak sir, vijay sir, chef sunil, sushant kalra, and amisha).

i noticed some lack of regular refreshment at the buffet. some items seemed to have been out for a while. this affected the dining experience for me.

my room was very clean and quiet.. the bed offered great comfort. The tasty citrus cafe introduced me to authentic indian cuisine. Staff members like sushant helped me extend my stay beyond checkout time for free. They spent time finding me a new hotel, as this hotel was fully booked.
