The staff at the front desk were amazing and supportive. room service also provided great support. the staff handled my bags efficiently. rashid, the manager, gave helpful guidance for my two-day delhi-agra trip and provided a reliable taxi driver. the hotel restaurant had diverse cuisines and a bakery. My family enjoyed these features.
the standard double room felt smaller than expected. it was a little challenging to move around with luggage.

The room had a balcony and effective air conditioning. The shower temperature was acceptable. The staff displayed friendliness throughout my visit and were really helpful. The restaurant offered very good food.
