attentive staffconvenient locationdelicious food
I felt safe and cared for . the staff was so attentive to my needs. i especially appreciated the delicious food options available. The restaurant catered to my dietary requirements without any issues. the location was very convenient for accessing local markets and the metro station.
the pool area did not get much sunlight during the day, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. the gym has several cardio machines. a coffee shop is in the lobby. It is quite cute. the overall ambiance is lovely and very inviting.

the hotel staff provided excellent hospitality with smiles. i found anil and arvind to be particularly helpful. they always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort, which i appreciated. their dedication made all the difference.

mediocre stay, needs improvements
great locationsmall roomfaulty air conditioning
the location was great for getting around to various sites. it provided easy access.
the room was rather SMALL. the air conditioning did not work well and it made the room very uncomfortable. i also encountered an issue with the shower, as its design caused water to spill out onto the bathroom floor.

The staff was very friendly. Akshay prepared very lovely drinks. The hotel IS central and easy for getting to markets and restaurants. The warm welcome was greatly appreciated.
The pool was not so great. it did not receive sun most of the day. Breakfast was not included. I expected this for the price.

the staff was really friendly, I found it accommodating. somdutt was fantastic at breakfast time. location of the hotel was great and very central to everything i needed.
i wanted to pre-pay for my room, but the payment wasn't working right away. i was like the person behind the desk wasn't really listening to me as i tried to fix this.
