The staff was polite and helpful. I appreciated the clean condition of the hotel. (Especially the lobby area.) I also found the location to be convenient for accessing nearby attractions. Security personnel were visible and diligent, with a sense of safety.

I noticed the water pressure in the shower was weaker than I prefer. The shower head could use a replacement, in my opinion.

The staff was very attentive to requests. They promptly addressed concerns. I found the breakfast buffet extensive. It included both Indian and Western options. My room was upgraded. The new room had a great view. There was also a travel agency in the hotel.

The hotel did not inform me in advance that the main restaurant would be closed for a private event. I would have preferred advance notice.

The reception staff were helpful with directions. They also arranged airport transportation. Vishal provided great service in the restaurant. He was very attentive. Inderpreet was always willing to help. She took care of my needs.

Warm lighting created a lovely ambience! The location is near a metro station. This made travel easy. A Punjabi food festival was celebrated at Fifty9 restaurantwith authentic dishes. The location was perfect, though the parking was expensive.

The housekeeping staff, especially Avinash and Gaurav, kept my room clean. Breakfast was a treat. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable mattress (this helped me sleep well).

The drainage in the toilet made a suction noise constantly. This occurred all day and night and it was quite disruptive.

The breakfast buffet had many choices, from north indian to south indian cuisine. Aisha provided excellent service during breakfast, attending to all our needs attentively. I appreciated the staff's dedication to. The location is amazing. I was near to many shops.

The room lacked sufficient soundproofing, so corridor noise was noticeable.
