genuine carecomfortable bedoutside noise
the staff showed genuine care and kindness! the room had a comfortable bed and a great breakfast. dinesh provided excellent service to us, i thank him for that. transport to the airport was easy, with a quick taxi service available.
the noise at the hotel was noticeable, i could hear the sounds from the road. despite my request for a quieter room, i was placed on a higher floor on the same noisy side, not ideal.

The location was REALLY convenient near the airport. I appreciated that. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I found choices for both Indian and Western tastes. The staff was helpful in arranging my airport drop-off for a late-night flight. The gym has a good selection of equipment. It helped me keep up with my fitness routine.
The phone in my room didn't work, it was slightly inconvenient when I wanted to request something.

I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on the ground floor was surprisingly good (I recommend the ramen!). The hotel is also very close to the airport.

great hospitalityprivate drivers
the staff were wonderful.. i found great hospitality. the restaurant was immaculate and shubam was very knowledgeable. the hotel has cars available with private drivers and komal was awesome on our sightseeing tour.
there seemed to be no air-conditioning there.
