fantastic service and comfortable stay!
genuine care comfortable bed
the staff showed genuine care and kindness! the room had a comfortable bed and a great breakfast. dinesh provided excellent service to us, i thank him for that. transport to the airport was easy, with a quick taxi service available.
the noise at the hotel was noticeable, i could hear the sounds from the road. despite my request for a quieter room, i was placed on a higher floor on the same noisy side, not ideal.

The pool looked very inviting, it looked clean. the gym has modern equipment. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. i noticed a spa available. It provided an opportunity for relaxation.

Great Experience Near the Airport

The location was REALLY convenient near the airport. I appreciated that. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I found choices for both Indian and Western tastes. The staff was helpful in arranging my airport drop-off for a late-night flight. The gym has a good selection of equipment. It helped me keep up with my fitness routine.
The phone in my room didn't work, it was slightly inconvenient when I wanted to request something.

The hotel is conveniently situated just ten minutes from the airport, THIS makes it a very practical option for travelers with early or late flights. A shopping plaza is located behind the hotel.

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport
polite staff ground floor restaurant close airport
I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on the ground floor was surprisingly good (I recommend the ramen!). The hotel is also very close to the airport.

decent stay, some issues noticed
noisy room high laundry prices
the front desk experience was a bit underwhelming. i had requested a quiet room, but it seemed my preference wasn't really considered, i ended up with a room near the elevators, and noise was noticeable. also, the prices for laundry services were surprisingly high (it felt overpriced for the service).

great hospitality private drivers
the staff were wonderful.. i found great hospitality. the restaurant was immaculate and shubam was very knowledgeable. the hotel has cars available with private drivers and komal was awesome on our sightseeing tour.
the ventilation in the lift and corridors seemed poor. there seemed to be no air-conditioning there.
