I arrived for a short stay and found the staff helpful! i really liked the clean bed and fluffy pillows. They reduced my neck pain a lot. beautiful fresh flowers always made me smile.

the customer service was disappointing because of misleading information at check-in. there was also an issue with water accumulating in the bathtub that couldn't be drained. the room smelled stale!

i found the breakfast buffet had a good spread. the staff at the restaurant took care of all requests i made. nandani at the reception was helpful and considerate.

the gym had limited equipment, specifically only one treadmill was functional.
