renovated palace friendly baggage handlers lovely architecture
the palace is beautifully renovated AND the food was great. baggage handlers were fabulous and friendly. the architecture IS lovely and the hotel is lovely to see for a night.

beautiful heritage real highlight attentive staff
The building's heritage was interesting. The food stood out. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
The surrounding neighborhood felt a bit chaotic. It also didn't feel particularly clean outside the hotel.

unique architecture spacious bathroom kind staff historical details
The architecture shows a unique style. the bathroom included a spacious design and cleanliness. the staff acts kind, also the restaurant has nice food. i appreciated the care taken in maintaining historical details throughout the building. A detail that really enhanced the experience for me. the hotel provided a respite from the bustle of the city outside.
it was slight issue with the limited car access directly at the hotel entrance.

The room offered comfortable furnishings also stylish decor. i found the bathroom fixtures to be modern, too. daily housekeeping kept everything super clean throughout my stay. It was very neat.

the concierge staff arranged for local tours. the front desk remained helpful with all inquiries. baggage handling was efficient upon arrival and departure. i got impressed with their quick responses and willingness to help with various requests.

nice courtyard design small room size
the courtyard design was quite nice.
the room felt small i didnt even had enough space to open the suitcases. the staff didn't offer a solution when i asked for a bigger room, and i would have paid extra.

unique architecture kind staff good restaurant beautiful hotel
location is good. it is a very unique building. the staff was good. food in the restaurant was nice. the hotel is very beautiful. it is a bit hard for cars to reach, so you have to walk.
i found the mattress quality to be bad. my room was down the road in an offshoot of the main hotel. the room was tiny. it is a great shame.
