fresh fruit kind staff safe premises
the breakfast included a wonderful variety of fresh, local fruit, it was delicious! the staff was kind (they were always smiling!). i felt safe within the hotel premises.

inadequate ventilation unreliable connection
The room quality fell short of expectations for a hotel in this category. I found ventilation to be INADEQUATE. Staff response to my initial report was indifferent. The internet service was also subpar. Connection speeds were unreliable, and IT support was ineffective, failing to resolve the issue.
