the staff was kind and quick to respond to requests. the room was clean and well kept. i found the proximity to the airport very helpful for my early morning flight. the margarita pizza at the restaurant was also delicious.
the music from a nearby club was quite loud in my room one night.

I found the front desk staff particularly helpful. They managed my check-in and any questions I had efficiently. The hotel has a good workout facility, a nice pool area, and a well-regarded restaurant. I saw animals in the national park from my bedroom window, quite a treat.

Brenda at the front office was professional. Her warm demeanor and perfect attire made our arrival pleasant. She stayed calm and composed, we felt valued, this GREATLY improved the check-in process. I also had dinner with a friend and waitress Everlyne was nice, replenishing our drinks.
the music was a little TOO loud in our room from an adjacent hotel.

The hotel offers good gastronomic options, with some delicious choices and excellent service, PARTICULARLY at the top-floor restaurant. A wide variety of meals is available. The margarita pizza is one great option. Dining here was a TRUE pleasure.

The steakhouse offered a wonderful meal. The steak and fries were AMAZING!!! The waiter, Joseph, delivered friendly and courteous service. I also saw animals in the national park right from the bedroom window, a real treat. The front desk staff was super and helpful.
