i had a very nice stay. the staff are very friendly specially liz. she greeted me every morning at breakfast with a smile. liz made sure i was doing okay and answered all questions i had. i safe area during my four nights.

wifi in the room had weak signal. it disconnects frequently. internet connection is ok in the hallways. it not good in the room.

The breakfast had many choices and included freshly prepared options. The pool on the top floor was clean and refreshing. It provided a great way to unwind after a busy day. The training room was well-equipped, and no outside noise was audible during our sessions. The staff members Ms. Liz and Miss Joy were especially friendly and helpful in the restaurant.

The wifi signal was not strong throughout my stay, and I experienced occasional drops in connectivity, slightly inconvenient.

I stayed in a King Room Bathtub Disability Access or Non-Smoking. My room was prepared daily. Beds were neatly dressed. The washroom always smelled fresh, and the housekeepers were very responsive. Security was excellent, the safety of guests and luggage.

The breakfast lacked variety, though the waffles tasted amazing!

i found the staff helpful with luggage. the hotel layout is appealing, it had nice views from the rooftop. i could hear jazz music being played at night, so that was something.

The breakfast didn't offer much variety. it was disappointing.

The reception had excellent service in the morning. The staff was helpful. i received airport transfers arranged in advance, and the staff are friendly and helpful with specific mention for peter. he is a wonderful host.

my room was immaculate. it was also comfortable. the beds had fluffy pillows. the mattresses are bouncing. bedding felt warm. the shower was also warm, it allowed one to relax and refresh.
