I stayed in a King Room Bathtub Disability Access or Non-Smoking. My room was prepared daily. Beds were neatly dressed. The washroom always smelled fresh, and the housekeepers were very responsive. Security was excellent, the safety of guests and luggage.

The breakfast lacked variety, though the waffles tasted amazing!

Breakfast included assorted dishes and Kenyan coffee. Waitresses were attentive. Liz often checked to see if I was satisfied, a very nice gesture. The varieties of fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish are suitable for everyone.

Patrick, Brenda, Mary, and Lilian at the reception were helpful. Patrick often made me laugh, and that set off my day well. I always looked forward to seeing him. All staff members welcomed me warmly and were present when needed.

i found the staff helpful with luggage. the hotel layout is appealing, it had nice views from the rooftop. i could hear jazz music being played at night, so that was something.

The breakfast didn't offer much variety. it was disappointing.

The reception had excellent service in the morning. The staff was helpful. i received airport transfers arranged in advance, and the staff are friendly and helpful with specific mention for peter. he is a wonderful host.

my room was immaculate. it was also comfortable. the beds had fluffy pillows. the mattresses are bouncing. bedding felt warm. the shower was also warm, it allowed one to relax and refresh.

breakfast was delicious and on time. i enjoyed access to the gym. the pool is on the rooftop terrace. there are smoking spots available. the security measures were high. i felt safe .
