Fantastic stay!

friendly staff room upgrade

Marimar Luna greeted us upon arrival. She was very friendly and checked on us throughout the holiday. We received a room upgrade to an Oceanview room. The ocean view was gorgeous. There were also nice little presents in our room.

The room service menu was a little limited. we still enjoyed the nachos and tacos. It would be nice to see more options on the menu.

The hotel is positioned near a beautiful beach, and it is quite easy to walk there. The sand is soft and clean. It provides a relaxing environment . Many palm trees offer plenty of shade.

The pools are sparkling clean. Service is attentive. Staff members work hard to ensure guests have drinks. Entertainment is provided every night. Shows and events are different, excellent.

great variety clean pools

The hotel offered an excellent buffet. It featured a great variety of options, including many choices at breakfast (especially the fresh fruit!). The pools were clean and well maintained. There was always space available (even during peak hours).

The music at the pool bar could get loud at times.
