The location was perfect. i could reserve parking in a secure spot out back, ideal with a car. i was lucky to meet barbara. She is a wonderful owner. the charming hotel captivated me. i appreciated the ease of parking.
there were no proper pillows provided. i had two cushion-sized pillows. they had a very bad smell, as if they had not been changed for months.

The room was equipped with excellent air conditioning, a welcome feature. the air conditioning and shutters were also great. the traditional double room included shutters. These effectively blocked out light.

a superb stay
classic decordedicated teamshower curtain
the hotel displays a typical french charm with classic decor. my room was impeccably clean with comfortable bed and good quality linen. the staff were a dedicated team, it was obvious they took pride in the place.
the room was quite small, and i noticed the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. to have a shower was difficult because water got on the bathroom floor, it only had a shower curtain.

the hotel had a cute shady garden. breakfast was available al fresco in the garden. this offered a space for relaxation and i did appreciate it.

the hotel is located near the sea front and musee massena. tram stop alsace-lorraine is a short walk away. this made it easy to get to from the airport.
