The location was prime, just steps from the Pasar Seni station. Central market was across the street, i was delighted. I even spotted the tallest building from my bedroom, a real surprise. It was an great view.

The bathroom felt quite small. Water clogged the first day. Room cleaning occurred every two days, linens changed every five days, I found a bit inconvenient. Complimentary water wasn't refilled regularly.

The hotel is very close to the Pasar Seni MRT station, a quick one-minute walk. Central market is conveniently located across the road, so i found the location easy. Local food restaurants are abundant nearby, and i discovered so many dining options.

The staff provided very friendly, attentive service. Nathan and melanie were helpful with trip planning and local tips. They assisted with hotel matters and room details, which i thought was so thoughtful.

Near this hotel, there are mee tarik places that serve delicious ramen. It's wonderfully convenient to find such tasty food nearby. I was delighted with the variety of culinary options.

the air conditioning was too cold even when adjusted to 28 degrees.

the location is convenient. it is very close to the metro train station and chinatown. easy transportation is available. there are a lot of things to eat..

the bathroom was quite small. i unfortunately encountered an issue with water clogging on my first day. the hotel's policy of cleaning once every two days and changing linens only once every five days was a bit inconvenient.
