mixed feelings about the stay

vegan optionsbad smell

the breakfast was a big disappointment. i expected more vegan options, especially after confirming availability over whatsapp. some items labeled vegan even had cheese. this made me worry about other labeling errors. also, the minibar barely cooled anything. water outside the fridge was colder. it smelled like old food had been left inside. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

i stayed for two nights and found the resort beautifully designed. the spacious layout really promotes relaxation, which i needed. the breakfast buffet provided an really good variety, so i had many delicious options. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and how well it was looked after.

the a/c seemed centrally controlled, so i could not adjust the temperature to my liking.

The staff were attentive and helpful. They addressed my needs efficiently. they really went out of their way to ensure i had a comfortable experience. every staff member i encountered seemed genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service.

the bed was indeed large and comfortable.

i found several issues . the air conditioning seemed to shut off when the weather was cold, yet the room felt overheated. furthermore, the mountain view was obscured by fog most of the time, and i only saw dilapidated buildings below my room.

the gardens were beautiful and very well-kept. i like how the lobby felt spacious and clean. breakfast offered various delicious foods and drinks. i enjoyed the gym with views, also the indoor heated pool.

i noted a slight delay at check-in, as the room wasn't quite ready upon my arrival, but i used the time for an area tour.
