Ms. Tina assisted us with a smooth check-in process. It was fast. Mr Anh always greeted us with a warm smile during breakfast. The room was very clean, and I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the toilet. The hotel's location is convenient. It's a short walk to the city center..
The rooftop pool being unheated is more for show. The view was elite, but the temperature limited any use. I think there's a better option within minutes.

The staff was polite and attentive, readily assisting with directions, tour bookings, and any requests we had. They upgraded our room and offered us vouchers for spa and discounted massage. I experienced excellent customer service throughout my stay.

the location was very good , near the train station and the city center. the rooms were clean and new.
i had a transfer from the airport to the hotel , but the driver was not at the airport when i arrived. the driver made some unnecessary stops on the way and was driving dangerously.

THE breakfasts had many options, so that was nice. the staff were helpful. I appreciate that. the room was well decorated and felt clean. a welcome drink was provided upon arrival.
the rooftop pool IS small and gets crowded. it was unheated and not really usable in the colder weather. the indoor pool downstairs smelled musty and wasn't warm. there were puddles in the fitness area, concerning.
