Really good Service and Convenient Location
prompt assistance welcome drink luggage storage excellent proximity
The staff were very helpful, offering prompt assistance upon arrival. A welcome drink was a nice touch. Luggage storage was readily available for my early arrival. The hotel's proximity to Sun Plaza and other attractions was a major plus.
The rooftop pool was smaller than I had anticipated. This made it less practical for swimming.

The room included complete toiletries and soft towels. Free snacks and bottled water were available. Coffee and ginger tea were also complimentary. The bathroom had a tub. This allowed for relaxation after a tiring day.

The hotel is centrally located and just a short walk from Sun Plaza Station. The Cathedral is also within walking distance. Many restaurants are located nearby.

Breakfast included Vietnamese and Western options. I found the yogurt to be particularly good. The staff even prepared snacks for my bus journey to Ninh Binh, appreciated after a long travel day.

a decent stay
helpful staff honest recommendation strong smell strange smell
the staff were helpful and kind. tina, the manager, spoke english very well. she provided us with honest recommendations regarding food and transport.
the room had a strong smell of mosquito repellent. we moved to a different room, but it also had a strange smell. we found out the smell came from the water in the bathroom faucets and shower. it was not a comforting experience.

Excellent Mountain Escape

Our experience was lovely. The staff was always available to help with any request. The hotel's location offered convenient access to attractions. The views from the rooms and rooftop were fine (I took so many photos!). We appreciated the upgrade to a mountain view room. It provided amazing scenery. The breakfast selection was diverse, with options for everyone. The location was very close to the starting point for the Fansipan trip. We found it very convenient to walk to nearby places of interest. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The karaoke room was a highlight. The hotel surprised me with a birthday cake (a lovely touch!). It. The rooftop infinity pool was nice with very nice views. The hotel provided a 20% discount on all spa and massage services, which I found very convenient. I enjoyed using it. The breakfast was fabulous.

Lovely stay!
smooth check-in warm smile clean room convenient location
Ms. Tina assisted us with a smooth check-in process. It was fast. Mr Anh always greeted us with a warm smile during breakfast. The room was very clean, and I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the toilet. The hotel's location is convenient. It's a short walk to the city center..
The rooftop pool being unheated is more for show. The view was elite, but the temperature limited any use. I think there's a better option within minutes.

clean room new room dangerous driver unnecessary stop
the location was very good , near the train station and the city center. the rooms were clean and new.
i had a transfer from the airport to the hotel , but the driver was not at the airport when i arrived. the driver made some unnecessary stops on the way and was driving dangerously.

THE breakfasts had many options, so that was nice. the staff were helpful. I appreciate that. the room was well decorated and felt clean. a welcome drink was provided upon arrival.
the rooftop pool IS small and gets crowded. it was unheated and not really usable in the colder weather. the indoor pool downstairs smelled musty and wasn't warm. there were puddles in the fitness area, concerning.
