charmed by my stay!
tidy roomspacious room
i was charmed by how clean my room was. the drinking water system was a blessing, i didnt have to buy bottled water, such a smart move. i loved the room, it was very spacious.

the staff greeted me so warmly, it really set the tone for my stay. i appreciated the large, clean pool and the refreshing flavored water in the lobby. treat restaurant was amazing, and i especially loved watching the chef prepare the roti canai cake!
the gym equipment felt a bit old, and some of it needed maintenance. breakfast was okay but could have been tastier. also, the parking validation process was not clear from the beginning, causing some confusion.

I found the concierge very helpful. they arranged cabs when i asked them to. the location worked well. It's only a short drive to the city.
my room's light felt too cozy. frontliners did not explain the parking ticket clearly. i had to pay the parking fees first. thankfully, the reception refunded me immediately.
