fantastic stay in the city
convenient location clean room affordable price
i really enjoyed my time here the front desk staff were really cute the self-service starbucks machine was a great convenience and the location was near many of the city's main attractions the room itself was clean and very spacious exceeding my expectations for the price. i felt the hotel was very worth the money. the location is perfect for exploring the city. breakfast included good selection.
i did notice some minor wear on the furniture the pictures online appear newer than the actual items. however this didn't significantly impact my comfort. the shower pressure was a bit weak one morning.

the breakfast offered a wide array of choices. many warm food items were available. a very good bakery is nearby the hotel offering varied choices worthy of a 5-star hotel, should that be of interest.

daily service water heater friendly staff
the check-in process flowed smoothly with two key cards provided the room sparkled thanks to daily service it contained an oven and water heater. unlimited filtered water was very convenient i could make coffee easily. the staff at the gym and breakfast area were friendly i would stay again definitely
i noticed a very slight worn spot on the furniture nothing major

charmed by my stay!
tidy room spacious room
i was charmed by how clean my room was. the drinking water system was a blessing, i didnt have to buy bottled water, such a smart move. i loved the room, it was very spacious.

warm staff clean pool delicious food old equipment tasteless breakfast confusing process
the staff greeted me so warmly, it really set the tone for my stay. i appreciated the large, clean pool and the refreshing flavored water in the lobby. treat restaurant was amazing, and i especially loved watching the chef prepare the roti canai cake!
the gym equipment felt a bit old, and some of it needed maintenance. breakfast was okay but could have been tastier. also, the parking validation process was not clear from the beginning, causing some confusion.

a fairly positive experience
helpful concierge convenient location clean room cozy light unclear parking parking fee
I found the concierge very helpful. they arranged cabs when i asked them to. the location worked well. It's only a short drive to the city.
my room's light felt too cozy. frontliners did not explain the parking ticket clearly. i had to pay the parking fees first. thankfully, the reception refunded me immediately.
