Fantastic Experience!

The location was superb because it was near popular shopping malls, so it was convenient to move around. The hotel rooms were very clean plus they were also well-equipped. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean as well as wifi was fast.

The hotel linked directly to an easy covered walkway to a key landmark. The breakfast space included lovely artwork on the walls and multiple restaurants. Sofas and little chill-out zones enhanced the relaxed atmosphere.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I was like I had ample space. The housekeeping team kept the rooms spotlessly clean and I really appreciated this. The beds and pillows were super comfortable as well.

squeaky floorpoor soundproofing
I must say, the squeaky floors throughout the hotel were a constant source of amusement, especially when I could hear my neighbor's every move. The soundproofing was so effective that I was practically sharing their alarm clock. the shower knob decided to stage a dramatic exit, nearly taking out my foot in the process. Talk about an eventful shower.

the location was very convenient to access nearby attractions. the staff was always helpful with directions. the breakfast buffet featured various options like fresh fruits and pastries. the noodle soup was tasty too, i loved it.
My room had some issues with noise insulation. i could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. the shower knob was also loose. It nearly fell. my request wasn't fulfilled during the reservation.
