Stylish Stay with Excellent Service
amazing design hanging vines friendly staff luxury soap
the hotel's overall design, from the lobby to the room, is amazing. i especially loved the vines hanging down the building. the staff were always friendly, sharing places to eat nearby. i also enjoyed the luxury brand aesop soap, hair shampoo and conditioner.
I found the breakfast to be quite limited. Only one item and one drink from the menu were allowed.

the hotel features lucky's cafe in the lobby, offering good food. for breakfast, guests can choose from a menu. this allows for a more personalised dining experience, although options are limited.

the hotel includes a cute reception area. the pool is surrounded by greenery. there is a modern entertainment room available. the internet is strong and reliable for general use, i did not test it with video calls.

The courtyard room has robes and slippers. the hotel provides a snack box. the room includes bottled water refilled daily. turn down service added a touch of convenience to the stay. It really made the difference.

some issues with the room i stayed in
unadjustable air conditioning untrained receptionist
i found the air conditioning difficult to manage. i couldn't adjust it. the room got too warm, especially at night, and i couldn't do anything about it. the staff at the front desk weren't always able to answer my questions clearly (it seemed like they lacked the proper training). also, i wish they had mentioned the breakfast menu option depended on availability. i didn't know that the breakfast wasn't a whole-day flexibily.

Mixed feelings about this stay
poor coffee unrefilled shampoo
The location of the hotel is good. It is near to two locations. These are TRX and Pavilion. These are within walkable distance.
The breakfast coffee was not good. The breakfast add-on was not value for money. I would have been better off eating and paying separately. I also could have eaten offsite. The shampoo bottle in my room was not refilled. I only noticed this when showering.

The hotel included thoughtful touches. Robes and slippers were available in the room. A snack box was a plus. water was refilled daily. I enjoyed the beautiful pool, it was surrounded by greenery.

clean bathroom coffee fragrance
The lobby had a strong coffee fragrance and it was spacious. The room featured a record player music space and a clean comfortable bathroom. I found the service top notch. The hotel offered a specially designed layout.
