“With its direct covered access to 1 Utama, Malaysia's largest shopping mall, the location is a major advantage. The hotel balances its business focus with family-friendly touches, like a dedicated children's playroom. decent but not flawless
inconsistent shower temperature limited food selection
The pool area was quite large. It was decent.
The shower temperature was annoyingly inconsistent. It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold. the breakfast buffet was a complete letdown. The food quality was subpar, and the selection was surprisingly limited. also, i found the gym to be cramped. It barely had enough space for more than a few people to exercise at once.

excellent stay with great facilities
convenient location easy access quiet rooms efficient elevators
the hotel's location is convenient, offering a covered walkway to the bandar utama mrt station. i found it easy to access the 1utama mall within a short 5-minute walk (so convenient!). taxis also have easy access to the hotel since it's right next to the main road. the rooms remained quiet, a pleasant surprise. the elevators were efficient and i didn't have to wait long.
i noticed the front desk staff member during check-in seemed a bit sullen. she didn't smile, perhaps she was having a tough day.
