The pool area was quite large. It was decent.

The shower temperature was annoyingly inconsistent. It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold. the breakfast buffet was a complete letdown. The food quality was subpar, and the selection was surprisingly limited. also, i found the gym to be cramped. It barely had enough space for more than a few people to exercise at once.

the hotel's location is convenient, offering a covered walkway to the bandar utama mrt station. i found it easy to access the 1utama mall within a short 5-minute walk (so convenient!). taxis also have easy access to the hotel since it's right next to the main road. the rooms remained quiet, a pleasant surprise.

i noticed the front desk staff member during check-in seemed a bit sullen. she didn't smile, perhaps she was having a tough day.
