The location was amazing. Petronas Towers are within walking distance, and a mall is across the street, though the parking was expensive! The room was clean, and I found the staff very friendly. The concierge, Hafizi, answered all my questions with knowledge and courtesy. The customer service was excellent. I felt very supported.

MD Noman, the waiter, was friendly and very helpful. I asked about ingredients, and he immediately assisted me. Live dance entertainment was a great plus while I ate. Great service, indeed!

The Japanese restaurant provided tasty meals. Concierge Hafizi greeted me politely. He waited patiently for my check in. Hafizi brought my luggage to the room, wonderful.
