the hotel had an excellent location right on the main square i found the restaurant convenient with spacious seating it was good to have a bar area located on the ground floor for quick access

the air conditioning did not seem very effective it was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature there was also a lack of complimentary items in the room like water and slippers

the location was great. it was super central, just a short walk to the main square , and that was a real plus. the breakfast had a good variety , and i especially liked the spacious restaurant area. i found the room clean and the bed comfortable.

the air conditioning was a little weak. it struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the day. the wifi was also inconsistent. it made working online difficult at times. the shower was quite small , and it had only a curtain , so the bathroom floor ended up wet after showering.

I found the location GREAT. The staff members were helpful. The room remained comfortable and CLEAN. Breakfast provided plenty of good options. I certainly will return!!!

The wifi connection was occasionally UNRELIABLE, a minor inconvenience for online work.

The location was acceptable. It's close to the main square.

I found the room quite disappointing. there wasn't a kettle, and i really wanted some tea. the walls had cracks. It was clear the room needed some maintenance. also, the shower was small with just a plastic curtain. Water leaked everywhere.

I REALLY liked the hotel's superb location next to the Skanderbeg Square! The private parking was free, essential. The bathroom was good and comfortable rooms. I also LOVED the view to the Square from my room!

I appreciated the hotel's central location near Skanderbeg Square. My room was clean. It had nice amenities. Breakfast had a great view and provided a free, varied buffet. It was delicious! The hotel's location was convenient, with access to many attractions.

The elevators were rather slow. It caused some waiting. This situation can be improved with quicker service. This was a small issue. It affected the overall experience a bit.
