I really enjoyed the excellent dinner, which I had even before checking in after a long drive. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and was included in the room rate, which I appreciated. I had a drink in the cozy bar area as I read my book.

I enjoyed the fantastic food, both for dinner and breakfast. Everything tasted delicious! the room provided all tea and coffee necessities, complete with good quality coffee and hot chocolate. there also were lovely shortcake biscuits provided! the shower worked efficiently, ensuring perfect temperature, and i found all essentials readily available.
music played downstairs until late, around 11:30pm. the noise penetrated my room and disrupted sleep. it then resumed early at 7am which was INCREDIBLY frustrating for me.

The hotel offers half board, and it seemed worth every penny. They have amazing food! there are many breakfast options, all freshly cooked and tasty, while dinner provided a choice of a main dish and starter or dessert.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It serves as a walker's DREAM, giving access to great routes. it is situated on the high street with ample parking and convenient access to local attractions. Though parking was EXPENSIVE.

my room was a good size with a bathroom, and it felt lovely, clean, and it came with a comfy bed! there were nice towels and provided toiletries, and there was also a decent sized TV with a good variety of teas and coffees available.
