The shower pressure was AWFUL, barely a trickle. I had to struggle to rinse my hair. I found some crumbs under the bed, it indicated that the cleaning wasn't thorough. It's UNACCEPTABLE. For the price I paid. I expect better attention to detail. These issues impacted my overall stay.

The bed in the room was not very comfortable. It was hard and lumpy. the bathroom was also quite cold because the towel rail did not work. It was a shame. it was a disappointing experience.
