a christmas party season stay

easy communication thoughtful housekeeping inviting bar
I found communication effortless through email, text, and phone. housekeeping was thoughtful, checking if i needed anything. They sent a text hoping i enjoyed my stay. the bar downstairs felt inviting, and there were pubs close by. it was christmas party season, but the music concluded at a good time.
the unmanned aspect seemed a bit strange though, i prefer face-to-face interactions.

Adequate Stay in Central Location

easy check-in complimentary refreshments dusty room broken lock
The check-in process was straightforward. I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room (I used the coffee machine daily).
My room was a bit dusty upon arrival. The window lock was also broken, which I reported.
