mixed feelings about the stay

nice viewlimited parking
the location offered nice views from the premises.
I was disappointed by the limited parking available. I ended up parking quite a distance from the hotel. this was inconvenient and a little frustrating. accessible parking was often taken by those without permits.

the room had a coffee machine and lots of storage space. breakfast was tasty with a good variety. the staff served us a hearty breakfast.
the parking is only on the street and space is at a premium! there is an accessible parking spot 50 metres down the road though it was used a lot by non blue badge holders. our bedroom was up two full flights of stairs with a handrail on one side only.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . The dinner was delicious, and the bar had a good selection of drinks (I especially liked the whisky selection!). The location provides fine views across to Holy Isle.
Parking was only available on the street. I saw a disabled parking spot about 50 meters away that was often used by people without blue badges. Our room was two full flights of stairs up with a handrail on only one side.
