My room was a good size, and I got a comfortable night's sleep there. The selection at breakfast impressed me. Everything was tasty and hot. I found the staff very pleasant and friendly throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the easy parking, made exploring the area simple.
The lighting in the room was a little dim.

clean room comfortable bed cigarette smell zero communication
the room was clean , and the bed was comfortable. tea making facilities were available , and there was also a desk and chair.
the corridor on the first floor smelled like cigarettes all the time , though our room did not. there was zero communication from staff to guests , and the front desk is not open in the am.

spacious room excellent food friendly staff
The room felt beautiful and quite spacious. The food in the restaurant was excellent with portions of perfect sizes. The staff was friendly, including Ruby, the parrot.
The hotel decor seemed dated.

The hotel is in a lovely quiet countryside spot and is a quick two minute walk to the Dark Hedges road. This makes it an ideal base for exploring the Causeway Coast from Port Stewart to Ballycastle by car.
