Room options include standard double rooms, a king double with side sea view, an executive king double on the ground floor with sea view, classic double or twin rooms with a king double bed and a single bed (some with sea view), a sea view superior family room with a king double and two single beds, a front sea view superior double or twin room with a king double bed and a single bed, a classic double or twin room on the ground floor with walk-in shower, a small single room with garden view, and a junior suite with a super king four poster bed, seating and dining area and bow window overlooking the sea. Eleven rooms have baths and showers, and two have double walk-in showers. All rooms include free WiFi, a USB socket, a flat-screen TV, a welcome tea tray, and toiletries. Free parking is available on site.

The Award-winning Lochside Restaurant specializes in local seafood and shellfish from Kintyre waters. The restaurant also offers lamb, beef, and pork from nearby farms, award-winning Kintyre cheeses, and Campbeltown smoked products. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available with advance notice. Dinner is served from 6 PM to 9 PM. The hearty breakfast includes fresh fruit salad, porridge, local smoked salmon, smoked haddock, kippers, and a full Scottish breakfast.

Craigard House Hotel is near Campbeltown Loch, a working harbour. To reach the hotel by road from Glasgow, take the A82 past Dumbarton and Loch Lomond, then the A83 past Inveraray to Campbeltown. By air, a British Airways service operated by Loganair flies from Glasgow to Campbeltown airport twice daily on weekdays. Car rental is available in Campbeltown. Ferry routes connect to Ardrossan and Tarbert.
