Good Hotel Experience
spacious room comfortable chairs easy to use tv non-working code absent staff delayed assistance
The room was spacious. It had a desk area with a chair. There were also two comfy chairs by the window. The large TV was easy to use. Room amenities included a coffee machine and kettle. Complimentary snacks and a minibar with soft drinks were a nice bonus.
The code I received did not work upon arrival. There was no one at reception to assist me. I had to call someone. This person did not seem to know what to do. I waited in the hallway for some time before I was given a fob.

adequate stay, but some issues
leathery ham watery eggs
the location was good as it was central.
The breakfast was only fried. There were no yoghurt and berries available. the eggs on english muffins i had were grim. They were watery and the ham was leathery.

bad soundproofing street noise
The breakfast was good.
The room faced the street, the soundproofing was bad, so one heard every car. I also heard all the noise from people outside at the pubs and bars.

The location was great, providing easy access to the town center. The shower was very good, offering a powerful and refreshing experience. I found the secure parking to be a significant advantage, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay.
The mini bar was not always restocked daily as one would expect.

Staff responded quickly to requests. The cleaning lady was especially polite and friendly. This created a cute atmosphere and ensured needs were promptly addressed. This demonstrates a commitment to guest satisfaction.

The hotel provided secure free parking with passcode access, a very valuable perk. The breakfast was also conveniently located inside a food hall with varied options. I did enjoy fresh pastry there. This added convenience and value.

My room was super clean and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities. The complimentary mini fridge was stocked with soft drinks, biscuits, and crisps. That was a nice touch. The bed was also really AMAZING!!!

The breakfast was located in the food hall, offering varied choices . This made it easy to grab a quick bite before heading out. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries.

faulty code absent staff
the room had modern decor and secure car parking was available which i appreciated
the code i received did not work upon arrival no staff were present to assist i had to call someone who seemed unsure i waited quite a while for a solution also the food hall closed early which was inconvenient i had to find dinner elsewhere

charmed modern hotel
spacious room underfloor heating projector tv
the spacious room was beautifully decorated. underfloor heating warmed the super clean bathroom. the full projector tv was a surprise. i found everything very comfortable.
