Comfortable Stay Near the Museum

clean room convenient parking fresh food
The room was very clean, and the bed offered great comfort. I had parking directly outside, a true convenience. Breakfast had a good selection with freshly prepared food.
My room felt a little dark, I thought.

excellent food and helpful staff

dog friendly room great view
I liked that the rooms are dog friendly and you can park right next to them. It had entry through a patio door. the addition of dog treats was also very nice! we had an evening meal in the garden room with great views while eating. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
i didn't like the darkness of my room. there was a very strong plug in air freshener smell in the corridor outside my room, and i could smell it inside, too. there were no windows to open in the room or bathroom, and no air conditioning was available.

the beautiful double room includes blackout curtains ensuring a dark sleeping environment. a patio door offers convenient access directly from the room. parking spaces are available right outside the patio door for easy access to the car.

poor sound insulation walking through wedding room
The staff were lovely and helpful. The night staff especially.
i didn't like walking through the wedding room to get to my room. the rooms need better sound insulation as i could hear the guests next door. it was quite disruptive, at times

Booked a room with a patio door. i found this really useful for quick access outside. the staff promptly emailed a discount code when i mentioned visiting the museum. the breakfast service stood out. The server, julia, was attentive.
the plug-in air freshener smell in the corridor was too strong.
