The room included a comfortable king bed and a functional work desk. I found two bottles of complimentary water in the room daily. The bathroom featured premium toiletries and a powerful shower. Breakfast had many options including fresh fruit and hot dishes.

the staff greeted me with genuine warmth. The attention to detail in the room was excellent. Fresh flowers and luxury toiletries were a plus. The bed offered supreme comfort (I slept like a log!). The concierge services were helpful, assisting with local recommendations and reservations. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape with fine views. Housekeeping was efficient and kept the room immaculate.

This occasionally disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. I informed the front desk, hoping for a resolution .

breakfast presented a fantastic variety. the fine pool area was a definite highlight. i enjoyed a heritage walk, a unique experience to learn about the hotel and city. the spa treatment i received was really good, among the best i have ever experienced.

the lobby was constantly overcrowded. it seemed like many non-guests were present in common areas. this made navigating through the hotel a bit of a nuisance.
