airport proximity clean pool dated room single elevator
i appreciated the proximity to the airport terminal. it was walkable without luggage. the swimming pool was clean and well maintained. the staff was helpful.
the rooms had a dated appearance. i noticed only one elevator bank at one end. it necessitated long walks to most rooms.

metro station food variety attentive staff
The hotel has a metro station within walking distance. The restaurant has multiple food varieties to choose from. I ate there. Staff members Sanket and Ashish were very attentive during my last meal.
The taxi service did not allow outside taxis. This was an unusual experience.

a adequate hotel stay
great location breakfast buffet poor interior lacking training
the location was good. it was near the airport which was handy. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. i noticed they have different restaurants to eat at during the evening.
the interior design seem very poor. the towels looks washed-out and few amenities. the concierge didn't seem to know what they doing with my package. it seemed like they didn't have proper training.

charming stay near the airport
great location spacious pool friendly staff tasty restaurant
the location was superb near the airport, such easy after a long journey. the swimming pool was plenty big and the sun loungers so comfy. the staff all seemed friendly, which really does make a difference. the pan-indian restaurant downstairs was a real treat, with tasty food.
the lighting in my room wasnt ideal. it felt a touch dim and made the furniture seem darker than it was.
Rooms

the room was spacious, and the bathroom seemed clean. i noticed they thoughtfully labeled the pillows, nice. everything looked well organized and uncluttered, i had no issue with that aspect. it made settling in pretty easy.
