the beds were comfortable the room was clean i enjoyed my stay with my family in the family room it was quiet the owners were polite they helped us with anything we needed we will definitely be staying here again it's an excellent place

the pillows were very low i was like i was on a baby pillow i will take my own puffy pillow next time

super stay , totally beaming!

convenient location scrumptious breakfast quick check-in super clean room

the location was convenient for getting around , and i found it easy to access nearby attractions. the breakfast was scrumptious , i liked the fresh fruit and pastries. the team checked me in quickly and answered all my questions , it was so helpful. my room was super clean , i could tell the staff takes great pride in cleanliness.

the lift was a bit slow , but i always managed to get where i needed to go eventually.

the double room was well-lit with ample space. it had a modern television. there were also plenty of clean towels , and the bed was neatly made.

the breakfast area was bright and cheerful. it was well kept. fresh juice and hot coffee were available during the breakfast service. the pastries were baked fresh and tasted so yummy.

the building is situated a short walk from the promenade , and it is near local transportation. several shops and restaurants are within a 5-minute walking distance , that is such a great feature.

A good stay near Winter Gardens.

generous breakfast good location soft pillows cold shower

Breakfast was generous. We needed to eat our next meal after 5pm. The location to Winter Gardens was good, only 350m away.

Pillows were soft! Housekeeping was not done. The shower ran cold for a while before heating up.

A good stay indeed

cereal variety comfy beds great location

The breakfast was great. It had a nice variety of cereals and fresh toast, it did not lack anything. Our room was tidy and the beds were really comfy for resting after our long trip. The location was also a great advantage, close to the main attractions and local stores.

The pillows provided were not fluffy enough for MY taste. It's a minor detail though.
