The room was clean and tidy! tea, coffee, milk, and sugar were provided. Clean towels and soap were also provided. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful.

I noticed a musty smell walking up the stairs to the room.

The window above the door had no glass. It was just an open window. it smelled very foisty! the tv wasn't connected to the aerial. the bathroom had mould around the shower, too.

i noticed the staff had difficulty providing more towels. they didnt had extra pillows too. the kettle was stinky and it had black mould.
