The location was AMAZING, a true gem. Staff interactions were EXCELLENT. They are always ready to help. I was upgraded to a bathroom room unexpectedly, what a treat.

The stairs to the room were a little steep.

Steven was friendly and helpful . He quickly resolved a minor issue with my room. the hotel's location proved to be central. I could easily walk to most attractions. i appreciated the warm welcome. It. there was a helpful team.

the communal showers needed a bit more attention as there was no place to hang clothes.

The location worked well for my plans. The room offered a sea view from large windows. I found tea and coffee readily available in the room.

I noticed the carpets need replacing. The bathroom was not up to par. I also found communication with the hotel difficult. I did not always get a response when contacting them.
