amazing location excellent interaction bathroom room

The location was AMAZING, a true gem. Staff interactions were EXCELLENT. They are always ready to help. I was upgraded to a bathroom room unexpectedly, what a treat.

The stairs to the room were a little steep.

Steven was quite friendly and cute. I felt very welcomed. The staff offered helpful advice about local attractions and transport options. I could not believe how friendly they were.

Steven was friendly and helpful . He quickly resolved a minor issue with my room. the hotel's location proved to be central. I could easily walk to most attractions. i appreciated the warm welcome. It. there was a helpful team.

the communal showers needed a bit more attention as there was no place to hang clothes.

sea view large windows tea coffee amazing location bathroom upgrade carpet replacement difficult communication

The location worked well for my plans. The room offered a sea view from large windows. I found tea and coffee readily available in the room.

I noticed the carpets need replacing. The bathroom was not up to par. I also found communication with the hotel difficult. I did not always get a response when contacting them.
