the CHECK-IN was smooth , the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean. it had all necessary amenities , including a super clean bathroom. the hotel offered a peaceful atmosphere which was amazing. i appreciated the large , themed room , substantially bigger than most others.
One minor issue was the limited number of pillows .

The central location facilitated easy access to nearby attractions. I could walk to most places. The room size was ample for my needs, it included a television with varied channels. The complimentary tea and coffee in the room was a thoughtful provision. The available free WiFi worked seamlessly throughout my stay.
The street noise was noticeable at times, especially during peak hours.

the gentleman was friendly and cute, he showed us to our room. he took our bags up. the room was clean, fresh and tidy. it featured mini soaps, tea, coffee and sugar. a hairdryer, tv, kettle and coat hangers were available.
i contacted the hotel about nearby secured bike parking, but they could not answer my question. there was no staff on hand for check in.
