The staff helped carry luggage. I found it lovely. the location is very central and offers amazing views. the room had a comfortable sitting area with two couches, and i felt very relaxed. the bed felt very comfortable.

accessibility on arrival by car posed a slight difficulty.

the location was central.

my room felt quite dark , with insufficient lighting for basic tasks like getting ready in the morning. the toilet did not flush correctly , and the toilet seat was broken , which i found unacceptable. i could not locate any staff at check-out , so i had to leave the key at a nearby hotel.
