staff was friendly and helpful, they always smile. my room was clean and large. i enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good choice and plenty of food. the gardens was also really nice for a walk.

i noticed the bathtub had rust. the extractor fan also made a loud noise. it was bothersome .

The staff was very helpful and assisted with my bags upon arrival. I found the site huge. I liked that it was greatly cared for. The room was good. It remained very clean throughout my stay. I appreciated the option to decline room cleaning.

The TV was missing from the room, which I usually expect in a hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff worked hard to ensure the bar had hot food. Staff were constantly clearing tables for diners. There was always a staff member available if I needed assistance.
