the staff proved very friendly and helpful (it made such a difference!). a lovely continental breakfast was available each morning. the single room was very sweet and quite cozy.
I had to ask for a bath plug. It wasn't immediately available in the room.

The hotel is close to the shops. the breakfast was good with a lot of choice. I especially liked the fresh coffee. my double room had quality bedding and towels. the staff members were pleasant and helpful.

the room was too hot . the noise from the main road kept me from opening the window. the shower flooded the bathroom the first night. it took too long to adjust the water temperature because the shower was outdated.
