Amazingly Cute and Spotlessly Clean!
warm welcomeamazing viewfriendly staff
Roxy and Emily gave me a warm welcome at reception. Such a positive start! The top-floor bar had amazing views, although I am scared of heights! Downstairs, the bar staff were friendly. My Standard Room was spacious, and parking was easy! Breakfast started my day off well.

the front desk staff was helpful upon my arrival i found free parking available the mattress in my room was comfortable. the breakfast buffet had fresh options i really enjoyed the swift service. a full english was available.
the bathroom's extractor fan didn't work which was a minor inconvenience

Jade and Emily welcomed me at arrival. They seemed interested in my trip. my room was big and clean. The bed was comfy, and the hot chocolate sachets were a nice extra. The bar area was clean and modern. The bartender was polite and knew a lot.
the shower cubicle was cracked. it had a large crack across the shower tray, rough.
