advantageous location helpful staff stained walls cleanliness issue

The location was quite advantageous, it provided quick access to nearby establishments. i also found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating . This was a real positive.

The room did show signs of needing some attention, as the walls had noticeable stains. additionally, i found that the base of the bed had seen better days which didn't quite inspire confidence in its cleanliness. That's something i hope they address soon.

Convenient Location, Friendly Staff

The staff were REALLY good. I left my rings behind. They were very helpful and posted them back to me, which I greatly appreciated. The location has great access, as I was looking for a convenient way to get around. The staff are amazing!!!

The carpet wasn't very clean. I also noticed there was no updated information in the room, such as breakfast details. The TV wasn't working correctly. It required logging into personal accounts.

My double room included fresh bedding and a comfy bed. The room featured basic amenities and provided a sufficient space for a solo traveler, meeting my accommodation needs. The room also included tea and coffee facilities.

The hotel provides a very good bus service just outside. I also found that walking into the city center was easy. Car parking facilities at the hotel were also very good. I did not have to worry about parking.

cracked tiles weak wifi

The staff were friendly. The location was handy for getting around, though I found a few problems, unfortunately. The room itself was quite worn. The carpet definitely needed replacing. I also spotted cracked tiles in the bathroom. The WiFi was also weak in the room.

bus stop city center friendly staff faulty shower no alternative used items

the bus stopped right outside. i could easily get to the city center. the staff were friendly. the price were reasonable.

the shower did not work properly. they didnt offer a different shower option so i couldnt freshen up. used items was in one of the drawers. i had to take them out myself.

i had such a great time . the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with directions and local tips. the location proved convenient.. i could easily catch buses and find nearby pubs. the allocated car parking was definitely a major plus!

the tv remote was missing, so i couldn't really relax and watch anything in the evening.
