i really liked the convenient ev charger. it was a pleasant surprise to see a 75kw charger in the car park. the beer selection at the pub was also great. i found a good menu choice with decent food.
the wifi wasn't great. it was very intermittent in the room and i needed it for work. my room got very hot, even with the window open. i think air con would be a good idea to help with the heat.
I have stayed here many times and the rooms have been fully upgraded. the beds are very comfy and i had the best sleep i've had in a while. breakfast was great too. I really enjoyed it. the staff remain consistently helpful and friendly .

the recently decorated rooms had modern bathrooms i found the cleanliness to be great throughout the hotel breakfast was lovely with many options the staff were friendly and helpful
there were lots of stairs to access the hotel i have mobility issues so this was difficult i didn't see a bedside lamp in my bedroom this made it inconvenient to switch off the light at night the noise from the pub downstairs was noticeable during the evening
