secure parkinghelpful staff
the breakfast selection had many options i appreciated the secure parking provided. the staff were friendly and very helpful it really added to my stay.
the walls seemed somewhat thin i could hear noises occasionally.

The location proved quite convenient , with easy access to a nearby restaurant and the city center. The hotel presented a fresh and modern atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean , which I found particularly appealing. I also appreciated the value for money it offered.
I noticed the reception isn't always staffed.

Breakfast occurs in a space shared with students and personnel , located across from the hotel. While it caters primarily to a continental style , it adequately met my needs. There was a sufficient assortment.

Excellent Stay Near the University

The hotel's proximity to the university campus and the town was VERY convenient. I easily walked to Franklin Gardens. My room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The free parking was just around the corner, i also appreciated the added security around the campus.
The absence of air conditioning. the provided fan did help alleviate the issue.

The on-site restaurant is a short walk, only two minutes away, it offered student discounts. I noticed a café across the road. Its prices were also discounted.

My room was huge and VERY clean. The bathroom looked lovely. It allowed me to work without problems. The room provided free water and biscuits, i found this VERY nice.

The staff members were amazing and helpful. Stephanie and Hannah helped me a lot. They answered all my questions quickly. The shower pressure was amazing!!!

The hotel offers free parking, a huge plus. Security patrols. I also found a bar that stays open until 1 AM during events. The environment was quite peaceful.
