Review summary

Guests frequently appreciate the generously sized rooms equipped with amenities, and many have enjoyed excellent dinners at the restaurant, with the haddock and prawns special drawing particular praise. The central location makes it easy to explore the town, and the hotel itself occupies a historic building, adding to the charm. While some guests in top-floor rooms have noted the low ceilings, the comfortable beds and complimentary touches like porridge pots and biscuits are generally well-received.
