i found the staff friendly and helpful. the single room i booked had good facilities. the shower in the en suite was amazing!!!
The room was perfect, clean, and the bed was comfy. Ear buds were a great touch, though I didn't really need them. Staff helped me with my bags up the stairs and they were all very friendly.
Noise from the street was noticeable, and it was hard to sleep due to the traffic below. The room smelled bad and it didn't meet our expectations. I was eager to leave.
