The staff were cheerful and helpful. My room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. I also appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel is, complete with excellent nearby dog walks.

The staff demonstrated really good care. Paula specifically were great too assist. The venue is excellent, i highly recommend it. The room was very clean and quiet, located in a beautiful countryside area near Penrith.
The windows seemed hard to access and had not been cleaned recently.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing reminded me of too much to ask. i found the food to be really good. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the dining room felt very nice. the room was comfortable with an excellent en-suite. there was also plenty of parking, which helped with my access to nearby areas.
the bedding quality could have been better, though the sheets were clean.

The parking was good. I had no problem finding a space near the entrance.
The windows looked like they had not been cleaned in ages. They were difficult to open. there was no elevator. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle to reach upper floors. also, there was no master light control next to the bed. I found that annoying.
