solid experience. good amenities
breakfast selection omelet station heated pool
the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection and an omelet station. i also found the in-room wifi to be very good for my work needs. the heated pool was a great surprise. i certainly recommend it to business travelers.
I had a bit of a wait for hot water in the shower. It took some time to warm up. the bathrooms could benefit from some upgrades. it caused a slight delay in my morning routine.

The front of house staff were AMAZING. Food in the Umami restaurant was excellent. The service from the waiters was exemplary. In-room WiFi worked very well for me.
The refrigerator in the room was NOT working.

poor food quality weird combination
The room size was good and housekeeping kept it clean.
The Indian food was disappointing the quality was poor. Breakfast offered cold prantha and chapati. The food combinations were strange such as puri with aalu baingan.

The room had very clean linen and a comfy bed. The hotel's staff displayed kindness and were helpful, especially housekeeping. The hotel features good style, a great location, tasty restaurants, and good services. The room provided excellent facilities and cleanliness.
The driver assigned to pick me up never arrived, and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience.
